Description
The two balconies of this end unit provide an abundance of light in this spacious two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which has been renovated, outfitted to a high standard for a relaxing stay. This bright open concept unit is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The renovated kitchen with granite counters and raised bar looks out to the open living/dining rooms and two balconies, each with patio furniture.
The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware, as well as many condiments and basic cooking items in the pantry. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and we supply the soap. In the beach closet are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, beach toys for children, and tennis rackets and balls for use on the Sandcastles tennis court.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed, a twin sofa bed.a walk-in closet and a 3 piece en-suite with a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The second 4 piece bathroom has a tub/shower combination and, as in the master en-suite, comes with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All sheets, towels and blankets you'll need are provided, including beach towels.
The condo has free high speed wireless internet. There are wall mounted flat screen HDTV's in both bedrooms and the living room. The condo is a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
