Big new kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor deck. Very quiet
well maintained neighborhood. Private entrance and deck.
This walk up apartment is located in the heart of Sarasota's
cultural area, with the Ringling Museum and Circus Museum just
2 blocks away. You are near the University of South Fl. and New
College. The Asolo performing arts theatre is also 2 blocks
away.
Culturally enriched downtown Sarasota on the bay is only about
7 minutes away.
You can watch sunsets at the park (50 yds away). Great neighborhood for evening walks.

Response from the owner The window is only one of five that does not work. I can not find a repair mechanism for it. It is not our responsibility to forward mail after the tenant has left. We categorically did not hold mail until the tenant arrived a year later! Regarding the webbing on the chair--it has been repaired. New rugs and towels have been bought. We were not notified of a leaky blender or holes in screen---will look into that.
