Completely remodeled high end home located only 6 short miles to Heavenly ski resort, the lake, beach areas, and the casinos. Looks and feels like a high end new construction house. Open floor plan features a great room with vaulted open beam wood ceilings, a wood burning fireplace. Two master bedrooms and game room with fireplace, wet bar & pool table. The outdoor living area has 3 decks, and fenced area with 6 person hot tub & a new landscaped backyard with a griddle, picnic table and lounge chairs.
There is a King bed in master BR 1 and 2, a Queen bed in BR 3 and 4, and a double bunk bed in BR 5. A baby crib in BR 1.There is also a futon in BR 4 and BR 5. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The house has 2538SF.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coking utensils. dining plates and silver wares. Appliances include range/oven, microwave, disc washer, and trash compacter.
HD TV in the living room, with 125+ channels, including HD channels. DVD player and DVDs. High speed internet/Wifi. An Apple mini Mac with 24in HD monitor provided for guests.
