We had a very good experience with Cabins USA and wouldn't rent from anyone else. We originally rented from someone else who had rented our cabin to 3 other couples. We all paid in full but only one couple got the cabin and it wasn't us. We filled out a police report and I called Cabins USA (who had given me directions earlier in the evening). They scrambled and found us two separate cabins one for 2 nights and one for 3 nights covering our original plans. They were both clean, well stocked and well decorated. Their customer service was excellent and they made a potentially terrible situation into a fun adventure. I give them 5 stars!!!
