When we checked in after driving 6 hrs we then found out that the cabin we rented was unavaliablebecause it had no water! No one ever called to let us know this on the way. However, the manager thatwas checking people in made sure we were in a better cabin and that we were pleased once we gotto the house. We have stayed at another usa cabin and was very pleased. We will return I just wishthat they had a better policy about reaching theircustomers in case of an emergency instead of finding out the news at check in.
