When I reviewed by invoice, I noticed that the cleaning fee was $80. It was not worth $80. The two shower curtains upstairs were nasty (scum on them). There were cobwebs on some fixtures and the couch and love seat cushions needed some more stuffing in them. We stayed at American Rental for 3 prior years and the furniture&fixtures were very nice. This seemed to have the bear minimum (like from the Dollar Store). The house itself was very spacious and loved the fact that it had a thermostat upstairs. We advised them at the office when we returned the key how we felt.
