My family has stayed at several different cabins in Pigeon Forge over the years. This was, by far, the largest and nicest one we've ever stayed in. The people at Cabins USA were very pleasent with the exception of one person I spoke to over the phone. I'm just going to chalk that up to her having a bad day because everyone else was very nice.The location of the cabin was prime. Although, I was afraid for a little while on the jouney to the cabin because we went through a very rural, run-down area. The resort itself was very modern and beautiful.I think my favorite part of the cabin was the dining area because we were all able to have meals together and play board games or cards at night and everyone was included. We also hosted a baby shower for one of my cousins and had plenty or room for everything.The only negative thing I can add is that the kitchen was a bit too small for so many people and that the parking was a little cramped.The elevator was very helpful for the older folks and for transporting luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors.Overall, it was a very enjoyable vacation for us all and hopefully we'll be able to do it again soon.
