There were several issues early on in the rental. The check in time is supposed to be 3PM. My friends and I went to check in at noon, and were told tha cabin was clean, but needed to be checked on by maintenence, and we would recieve a call when they had completed their work. It was 5PM before we got the call. At this point, we were planning to go to dinner. One of the cars went to get checked in, and the other to put our names in at the restaurant. When we arrived at the cabin, the flors were filthy. I was so dissapointed. We were all tired, and ready to have a great place to rest. We had to call the office, and they did send someone out, but it just put a damper on the whole trip. The cabin, in general was not as clean as I was expecting it to be, based on past experiences.
