We had a great time in this cabin. I would have to agree with other travelers that a key left at the home would be best as it's anywhere from 20min - 1hr or more to get to the office depending on traffic. But once arriving at the office they were kind&answered all questions. We had an issue with the fireplace not lighting&they sent maintenance out within a few minutes - very impressive!We were really impressed with the cabin. I had read other reviews which made me think housekeeping was not the best, but I thought it was perfect! Everything was clean, the house had a really nice layout&was just perfect for us. It was rainy out one of the days so it was really enjoyable to stay at the cabin&play with pool table&relax in hot tub. It was very convenient having a washer&dryer also - big plus. I think dishes were appropriate for this cabin; they were not new but in decent/usable condition. We had thought about bringing a pan from other reviews but forgot&it worked out just fine.The cabin is up in the mountains which we really loved. It's somewhat secluded so we felt very private which was a huge plus for us. Getting to the cabin is a bit nerve-racking the first time because we arrived in the dark, but after that it was fine. We loved the actual location which is between Gatlinburg&Pigeon Forge so you can go in either direction for entertainment.We liked the mountain view from the deck and privacy probably the most. Next would be the fireplace, pool table and jacuzzi (which looked brand new). The biggest thing I'd like to see improved would be the location of getting the key for the cabin. It's way too far to drive through bad traffic after you've driven 9 hrs already. I would also say their housekeeping should try out all devices in house to ensure everything is working for next guests (our fireplace was not working on our arrival which was after 11+ hrs in the car).Overall we loved this cabin&plan to stay here in future!!
