This cabin has the most amazing views, never stayed in a cabin with better views! The staff at Cabins USA should receive an A+++! The "big" snowfall of the season was coming, they were more than happy to help find a different cabin then I first booked that would not be so remote during this snow. Very small issues that I'm sure will be addressed: quite a few light bulbs were burned out, all the remotes needed new batteries. The only "real" issue to my husband and I was that the pool table is not in a good location. We shoot a lot of pool, normally, but it was almost impossible with the angles of the ceiling. Also the pool table was not level. We will be using Cabins USA with every trip to Gatlinburg from now on.
