working with the staff was great!The chalet was nice but we had a few issues...-Water leak at washer/dryer combo.-Outside lights did not work at top of A-frame overlooking hot tub and fire pit.(Really Dark)-There was no fire wood and we had trouble getting firewood from maintenance.Compared to other cabins/chalets we have stayed at each year, this particular unit was furnished very, very low end.I WOULD RECOMMEND CABINS USA AS A PROVIDER/SOURCE, I JUST WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THE COZY COVE UNIT.
