The service we received was the best....We had to make one switch on our reservation due to our daughter at home and having to get back to her and the person at Cabins USA was VERY accomadating. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist us. I really really enjoyed the cabin, it was secluded and just prefect for our honeymoon. It has the right cozy appeal, perfect for a new couple. We could stay in and watch tv or a movie or relax and yet we were half way between the two attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that we could conveiniently run out and do things in the tourist area. THe price of the cabin was very affordable. I liked the location and price the best and the service from Cabins USA. What I liked the least, or was disappoined with was the hot tub and jets. We really wanted to relax in it and there was not a great amount of pressure from the jets so it reminded us more of a "warm bath" than a hot tub....It was still relaxing but it was a little disappointing....Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin and this area as a vacation or honeymoon...
