We loved the lay-out of the house. Everyone had some privacy when needed. It had a great living area with fireplace which was open to the kitchen allowing everyone to be together. The house was tastefully decorated in mountain decor.The location was fine for us. However, if you have trouble driving on narrow, curvy roads it could be a challenge. The seclusion on the top of a mountain with its view was what we enjoyed! It still was just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg (Gatlinburg's lights were distantly visible).The house had a washer/dryer and the kitchen had the basic items needed. There was a game room which was on the lower level that was great because the noise did not travel upstairs.We liked the view best of all from the top floor. The sunrise was awesome! We'd recommend this cabin rental highly!
