Check in was easy. Would be nice to have a check in spot in Pigeon Forge so you don't have to backtrack. Location is good, but a little tricky to find in the dark. Great mountain views. Would recommend putting up a bigger more visible road sign where you turn. Overall a great getaway and would stay here again.
