








We arrived late in the evening and when we got ready to take a shower, we had no hot water. We called and it was the next day before someone came out and fixed it. We also booked a different cabin with a better view but when we checked in, Oakland #1 was the only one open. The directions stated to take the first right but it was really the second right. I cant remember the road name but it was the road that the cabin was actually on. I wasn't too happy about the fees that were added onto my bill. On the internet it gives you a nightly rate but once you go thru the process of reserving the cabin it adds a cleaning fee and some other fees that really add up.

Thank you for staying with Cabins USA Gatlinburg. We apologize for the lack of hot water but our maintenance dept had to replace the heating element in the hot water heater. We will check the directions to the cabin to make sure they are correct.
