I met Diane Kaufman walking down the street (at Tybee) and she has been absolutely wonderful to my friends and I. This is our second year staying at Cheney Cottage. Our stay was perfect....we only had one problem and that was we did not have enough bath towels but they corrected that problem right away. I would reccomend this house and Mermaid Cottages very highly.Thank youGayle Smith
