We loved our stay at Doodlebug cottage. It is cheerfully decorated, has plenty of space and the best part is the big front screened porch.The location is great. Overlooking the marsh, it feels off the beaten path, but is only a few blocks from the main drag and the beach. We enjoyed bike rides all over the island on the beach bikes that come with the rental. We rode to breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils if you are so inclined. This is my second stay at a Mermaid Cottage. I hope to try them all!
