The cottage and location provided the perfect get-a-way from thedrab and dreary skies of NW Ohio. The cottage is an eclectic littleseaside bungalow, brimming with personality, comfort, and anawesome deck protruding over a quiet marsh with a spectacularview of the full moonrise every night! The bedroom was snugglyand had tons of windows to view the same moon! Each morninggreeted with me a spectacular sunrise after a short walk to theocean. After hitting the sand, the walking continued on an endlessexpanse of beach with the warm sun rising on the Atlantic.Returning after a 5 mile walk, I whipped up breakfast in thecomfortable kitchen, featuring all of the amenities of home. In fact,each morning I was greeted by a neighborhood cat who ran to thefridge, waiting for a treat -- just like home! The cottage evenprovided teas, coffees, and microwave popcorn that we popped upone evening and munched while we watched the moonrise over theAtlantic. After a day trip to Savannah, we returned to the comfortsof the cottage and the deck, listening to the frogs and watching thegeckos romping on the deck. This was the most relaxing,wonderful vacation we've ever enjoyed, and we look forward toreturning soon...as long as no one discovers this unique rentalproperty -- I'd like to keep this all to myself!
