This place was just what we were looking for. We stayed in the carriage house out back (Montana Placer # 5). It was perfect for two. And the kitchenette (mini fridge, stove, sink, toaster, coffee maker) meant we could save some money by cooking. Better yet, the grocery store was a block away. REALLY close. Lift 8 and the Gondola were steps away - literally - right next to a delicious cafe (X) and equipment rental (Telluride Sports). Main street was one street up. Cosmopolitan (highly recommend this restaurant) was also only a block away. Everything was so convenient. The shared hot tub was right outside our door and very secluded. We used it every night and never had to "share" it. Telluride itself is gorgeous! At $119/nt, you'll be hardpressed to find a better deal! Enjoy!
