Great place, we really enjoyed the house and the location. Watch out for the extra "cleaning" charges by the property management service after you leave the house. This is directly taken out of your security deposit which you will not get back until several weeks after your contract is over. We had to pay an extra $80 because our kids left 1 sticker on the floor and the microwave was not spotless. I highly recommend the house, just be prepared for the extra charges.
