We loved 747J and we loved the location. Looking across the street at the golf course, close to a park (where our daughter could play) and near downtown. The house was very comfortable. Good network connectivity (necessary for my work), nice appliances in the house and comfortable bedrooms.The back yard is pretty sparse and not very pretty, but the front yard has a very nice, low water usage landscaping that we enjoyed. There is a good spot for barbecues (barbecue included) in the back that we used as well.
