The three bedroom, 3 bath unit was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nicer than ususal. The condo showed a bit or wear and tear but everything worked - except the toaster. The control for the main heating unit in the living area was hidden behind a large sectional sofa and hard to reach. The location was great - right across from the transit area and within walking distance of restaurants.Overall, we would reccommend Avon Centre for anyone looking for a great location for a good price.
