First, I want to thank you for the perfect condo close to the hospital. I am very grateful for that. I did not want the owner of this condo that I rented nor Vail Management to be effected by what Evergreen did to me. I just read my review.Please understand that the condo was perfect for my medical needs. The condo was comfortable, clean, and close to the Hospital, which was my first request. The pool for my P.T. was the second request,(even though the temperature of the pool was off). All I could do was watch T.V. and it was not working the last week. The news was extremely important at that time period and so was the political news. I am sorry for any inconvenience this brought to you or the owner of this condo. Thank you for the 6 day refund out of my 2 month stay.Very truly yours,Joanne
