This property met my needs except that Evergreen Lodge is resposible for:1. Turning off the water for 2 days.2. Water in shower is cold but then very hot and one can't jump out soon enough without burning yourself.3. Advertise heated pool but stayed two months and pool was ice cold for 3 and 1/2 weeks and then too hot for 2 weeks.4. No TV for last week there.5. This was all Evergreen's fault.

We apologize for the inconveniences, and we have refunded 6 days rent. Please note that most of these issues were a result of the building owners doing off-season maintenance, and would be unlikely to occur during the ski season.
