Vail Management was immediately responsive to any questions or problems that arose. We found the condo to be like a second home and enjoyed everything about it from the non slip surface in the tubs to the excellent toaster; however we did replace the can opener to spare our aching wrists.The location was great with georgeous views of Vail Mountain,though coming from Houston, it took several days of adjusting to altitude to walk back to the condo from Lionshead without serious puffing to cross the walkway-overpass which is uphill homebound. One complaint: the hifi can't get anyting on FM. It needs an antenna.
