We stayed a couple of nights late July / early august. With 4 kids, hotels are not reasonable anymore for us...The unit is clean, although a bit dated. European feel to the building. Best part was location - less than two blocks (small blocks at that) to Vail Village. Keep in mind it does not 'feel' like a hotel, more like your own place. The building is right next to the creek, so we kept the windows open at night and listened to the rushing water. There's also a nice park next door.Vail Management Company was great - we talked to Greg a number of times, even before the stay, and he answered all our questions and was extremely helpful and responsive.
