The Rental was very well managed by Vail Management Co, and they were responsive to our special requests. Our one reservation was that the owners of the unit were clearly not investing signficantly in keeping up the furnishings. There was only an outdated VHS player for the TV,(no DVD player) and an ancient tiny microwave unit in the kitchen was not usable. We actually, bought a new microwave at the local ACE hardware for our use there and left the unit for other renters.
