Second time staying here. Have chosen to stay in this general locale several times before because it's walking distance to Golden Peak and Vail Village gondolas, walking distance to nightlife yet isn't in a noisy area and is cheaper than staying "in the village" even though it's just 5 minutes walk away. Particularly liked this upstairs unit. We look for location, super-cleanliness, updated kitchen, updated furnishings, good bed configuration for 5 or 6 people, # bathrooms, and $ value. This unit is ALMOST perfect - the biggest drawback for our group of 5 or 6 women is the small size of the bathroom shared by the two bedrooms on the first floor. Not very much counter space or storage space for makeup/toiletries, etc. and challenging if two people wanted to primp at the same time! The master bathroom upstairs is fabulous though - double sinks, plenty of room for 2 and then some. The master bedroom is very spacious w/lots of closet and drawer space. All-in-all, this is a gem provided the price stays reasonable.
