The stay was good but the initial checking in was not. Someone forgot to leave the key outside as we checked in late. It was dusk. We knew where our condo was as a friend had given us a map. We went up to the condo and did not find a key there either. We called the emergency pager number for almost two hours and left our number when prompted. No one ever called us back. By that time it was too dark to go back down the unfamiliar mountain. We ended up staying in the guest bedroom of the renter below our condo. Hs was very gracious but we felt we were an intrusion on his time away from work and home. The rest of the trip was very nice. The office people felt terrible and said it had never happened before. They compensated both us and the renter we stayed with. We would recommend it to others.
