We felt the Hoyer home was just great for us although there were only 2 of us in the home built for 6-8?. I read a previouse review that complained about the hot water, we had no such problems other than it took a min, or two for it to reach the sinks when first turned on but no different than any other home.The gas fire place was well used. The kitchen was very well equiped with nicer appliances than I have in my own home. The views of the Rockies were fantastic and unobstructed from every room in the house. Nice deck with gas grill.If I had to find a complaint it might be time to find a new mattress in the MBR.Overall we were very happy with our stay.
