We spent 4 days at the Kinney home and had a great time. Our son and his family live in Denver and we in Florida. We wanted a get away in the mountains and thought October would be the perfect time with the leaves changing and cooler weather. We were not prepared for the 4 inches of snow that fell, but loved the chrisp air, the pure white snow that covered the trees and lawn, and the feeling that we were in a winter wonderland. The house couldn't have been better. A roaring fire in the fireplace, all the comforts of home and more, very child friendly and lots of room to spread out, kick back and enjoy. Which we did. The view from all the windows in the home was spectacular and the wildlife wandering the roads was fun to see. The elk up on the mountain behind the house, the deer eating along side the road on our way down, and birds and other wildlife made for a great vacation. Will highly recommend Windcliff to our friends and family as the office staff was great, the roads were kept open despite the snow, the homes and area well cared for, and the views-priceless.
