The Murphy is a very comfortable, private, and peaceful house. It has a fabulous view of the mountains and a great deck from which to enjoy it. We had a great time watching the hummingbirds. The layout with 4 bedrooms worked out great. It has a convenient kitchen and dining area. It is located adjacent to RMNP and the national forest. In a few steps you are on a hiking trail. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay there again.
