9C is a great unit! The unit was clean and everything that we requried was present. It looks like the unit could have used some painting. Minor scuffs on walls and the carpet had some large stains in it. Overall it is a beautiful unit with nice views. We stayed for 8 nights and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a condo in Waikoloa. Hapunna beach is only 10 minutes north and only 30 minutes from Kona. Close to shopping with King's and Queen's shops. Beautiful pool and clean work out facitlity. Would stay again for sure!
