We have stayed in this same unit (W5-FV L21) several times. It may be 5 times now. We love it, and do not have any serious suggestions for improvement. Two minor improvements.1. Lubricate the sliding door so that it will move without so much force.2. When the unit stands empty for an extended period the ice maker is a mess waiting to happen. The nozzle plugs, and when the door is opened there is ice everywhere. The last two years we have had to clean up the mess. However, since people check in after 4 pm, the day of their arrival it is necessary to have fresh ice.John and Barbara Robb
