My wife and I spent 10 glorious days in the Vista Waikoloa Village.The condo was immaculate, immense and totally equipped for along stay! It is only 20 minutes north of Kona/Kailua airport.We had a 10 minute walk to the village stores, the beach, otherhotels, dining, etc. We enjoyed the amenities the condo offered,which included a 2nd [and private] bedroom/bathroom, a hugeliving space with a lanai off the master bedroom and living room.The views of the beach and bay were nice although somewhatblocked by other buildings across the street. Nothing to complainabout though.The kitchen was very well equipped to handle any type of food prepand cooking. There were some basics [oil, spices, vinegar] when wearrive; we added a few items and left them for the next guests.The mini washer/dryer met our needs and since we knew thesewere available in the condo we packed very lightly for the trip.The other guests were mostly in their 50's+ and were very quiet,which was perfect for us.Hapuna Beach was a 10 minute drive north of the condo and it is awonderful beach. White, soft sand with warm water and nice waves!Perfect for kids of all ages!Overall we were totally impressed and we intend to return to thiscondo! Oh yes, the price per night was right for us AND we got somuch more than getting a small hotel room for a much higher rate.Aloha!
