Well this property was immaculately presented and even though we had read and re-read the propert details before arriving it exceeded our expectations in every respect.Large, light airy rooms, tastefully decorated and well fitted out and all so spotless you felt you were the first person to stay there. It was also cool thanks to the air conditioning (which we simply left at the recommended pre-set level) and lots of ice from the ice-maker. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and do their own thing or to gather for family meals etc. The pool was lovely and big enough to actually swim in and from what I could see of other properties on the subdivision a bit larger than the average. The garage had been turned into a games room and the family made a lot of use of the pool table, playstation and soccer table.The sub-division where the property is located is very peaceful with no traffic noise, yet it is only a few minutes drive to the usual 7-11, k-mart etc. so grocery shopping was easy. A short 10-15 min drive took you to the 192 and loads of the usual restuarants and another 10min or so further to I4 which leads you to Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc. So nicely located outside of the noisy tourist areas but close enough to visit.The only minor problem we had in the whole two weeks we were there was with the internet access where the previous occupant had reprogrammed it. But I rang the property managers, Martyn and Ali, who quickly sorted it out for us. They also came round a couple of days into our stay and you quickly realised when you met this friendly family why this property was so good. Very attentive and so helpful with all our questions of where to eat, where to go etc. If only all properties were managed by a Martyn and Ali!
