I selected this condo not ever having been to Park City before because on the map it appeared to be right next to the action on Main Street. I was right. It was an ideal location, and given its large size, probably as close as we could get to the hub of restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious with a big master bedroom and second bedroom and the multilevel living room, dining room and kitchen allowed people to spread out and do separate activities indoors. The garage was a huge convenience. The kitchen was well appointed. The furniture was functional and comfortable. The main concern that I had was shower facilities. First, the hot water supply was inadequate for more than one person to take a reasonable-length shower. This place needs a major upgrade in hot water heater. Second, the shower head in the master bath was jammed so that it could not be adjusted to provide a nice spray, but instead provided a huge sheet of water. The shower head in the second bedroom's bathroom was totally inoperative, so that person had to use the downstairs shower. Shower heads should all operate properly in an up-market condo for athletic activities like skiing. There were a couple of other minor annoyances, such as the fact that our laptop could not communicate through the condo's own wireless system, so we had to piggyback on a neighbor's wireless system surreptitiously. The DVD player was inoperative. The table lamp in the master bedroom was missing its switch knob and therefore was inoperative. The place needs to have these items put back into full operability. I should also say that, notwithstanding these details, the place was very clean when we arrived, and we really appreciated that.

Thanks for your feedback Robert. While we do arrival inspections we aren't able to catch everything especially things like how well a shower head works. We value information like this and have since replaced the shower heads and would have done so during your stay had we received a call.

The group staying called upon arrival saying they couldn't get the internet working we had someone go to the home the same day and got it to work.
