this was just what our reunion of four couples had looked for. a house with 4 beds&4 baths. we liked it to the point of going back in 2010. a fully stocked kitchen, pool table , fireplace and decks that looked out to the river. the house is in a very close-house to house neighborhood but as long as we stayed in or out back of the house it was great. another reason we chose grandma's house was we have two dogs, we kept on leash ( the neighbors did not). but beware the people across the street apparently are very up tight about dogs. they complained to us after only 30 minutes of arrival and even called animal control. not needed. so if the neighbor is not so up-tight next year our stay will be that much better.
