Great service from Russian River Getaways made rental easy; small problems we had were quickly resolved. Large, modern home about 1 mile from Guerneville in quiet neighborhood with pleasant view of river. Access to river from bottom floor across gentle slope of about 50 yards. Our extended family enjoyed all of the many amenities in the home. Liked best: pool table, kayaks, well-appointed kitchen, nice bathrooms, central location for nice drives. Liked least: floor and kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival, downstairs game room is really more of a converted basement so sleeping there is less comfortable (I recommend bringing sleeping bags for sleeping on the futons).
