The Kitchen sucked, the elec. cooktop was horrible, the AC upstairsdid not work. Refrig did not keep things cold, the living room needsblinds.

Thank you for your comments. We're happy to report that a new cooktop has been installed. The AC units upstairs were a little low on freon which happens from time to time. A quick call to the Property Manager and this was resolved immediately. The fridge is also new and is less than 2 years old. When there are no guests, it is common to turn the fridge off to conserve energy until the next group arrives. It typically takes a couple of hours to cool down. The owner has opted for tinted windows in the living room instead of blinds to preserve the beautiful views of the Marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas.
