Our family of 2 couples plus 5 single adults stayed here at Christmas time. With 5 bedrooms it provided a lot of flexibility for sleeping arrangements, especially with several of our grown kids coming and going at different times. Some of the beds could use updating (e.g. too soft) but otherwise we liked this house. It's not easy to find places with 4 or 5 bedrooms in Sunriver at this price! We liked the well equipped kitchen and the overall layout--not large but big enough for our brood. Good location too, within walking or cross-country skiing distance from the village mall and shops.One example of the responsive management of this house: we could not get the coffee maker to work on our first morning, so we called the property managers. They brought us a new coffee maker in about 15 minutes!
