This house seemed to meet all of our needs. The house was in a great location. Close to everything. It is really spacious and there are plenty of opportunities to spread out all through the house so the adults could spend some time w/out video games etc. The problems started with the hot tub. I don't think it was clean, it had a strong fish odor. Then there were the beds. Families in two different bedrooms came home with skin rashes that required a prescription to clear up. Too bad that these two really big issues came up because otherwise this house would have been great.

Manager Response:

In reference to the hot tub, our records indicate the spa was checked and confirmed clean (on the date of check in) by the spa company and that all was well and ready to go with the spa. All chemicals were at correct levels and there was no report of smell until after this guest had checked out. The spa company informed us almost immediately that the spa had been mistreated by guest, resulting in the spa having to be completely drained& refilled. Not treatable by chemicals.
Also, we have had no reported issues with rashes in this home before or after these guests checked out.
