Our stay at 95 Rockwell Ave. was certainly one of our best vacation experiences. The house itself was very comfy, cozy, roomy, and immaculately clean. It came equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was super convenient. Firewood was provided for a bonfire on the beach which was totally awesome.The best of course was it's location...just a short walk down the dirt road and there you were...at the top of the dune. It was such a luxury to just pop down to the beach whenever and not have to worry about driving. We enjoyed the view and on some nights could here the sound of the surf. Also, if you are into biking like us it was an easy mile ride to the bike trail. I can't say enough about its location. It was an easy drive to the other beaches and to ponds and a short drive to Wellfleet Center without having to get on Rt. 6, a big plus considering summer traffic.Last but not least was our wonderful, kind, and gracious host, Armand. We truly thank him for making our stay so very pleasant.Diane and Carl and family
