Armand, the property manager, is GREAT. He was so helpful and friendly and wonderful, a true gem of a man who really CARED about our stay and showed up within minutes of our landing to make sure everything was going well. Armand also knows everything about Wellfleet and sadly, I didn't get the best clams recommendation until our last day there. The cottage was clean, comfy and charming - so much attention to detail, from the Cape Cod guides on the mantle to the kids' games in the living room to the fan by my daughter's bed. The place just felt like a home that someone truly cared about and cared for. Wellfleet is the best place on Cape, hand's down. I've always wanted to vacation here and it was everything I expected in terms of the perfect Cape Cod vacation. The ocean and bayside beaches, the weather, the sand, the quiet. Falling asleep to the crash of distant waves, the smell of the ocean.The best part about our vacation was the quiet. This place was silent after 9 p.m. I wanted that silence more than anything - and this cottage delivered. I wish we could have stayed another week and can't wait to come back next year.
